Application Information

Admission is based on a resident’s record, autobiographical letter and curriculum vitae, letters of assessment, and interviews with the selection committee (director and supervisory team).

Inquiries should be made well in advance of the anticipated date of entry to the program in order to arrange rotations congruent with the trainee's future career plans. A one-year training program is also available and leads to a one-year completion certificate.
