Dora Epee-Epeti obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences in 2009 from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. She then interned as a renal dietician at Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore. She later obtained an internship with UNICEF and developed a passion for community nutrition, most specifically program management and program evaluation. She then worked on a program evaluation project with Plan International, focusing on maternal and child nutrition project evaluations. Upon completion of her internship, she joined the United States Peace Corps in 2012 where she worked as a Program and Training Assistant for the Youth Development program for three years, before becoming the PEPFAR (The United States President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) Coordinator representing Peace Corps for one year.
After moving to Montreal, Dora obtained her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from ÎÛÎÛ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ University in June 2018, with a research on diet and exercise of women with Stage 2 breast cancer-related lymphedema at Concordia University’s PERFORM Centre. She consequently joined AEQI in September 2018 as the Accreditation and Quality Improvement Administrator, in charge of the Health Profession Schools (the Ingram School of Nursing, the School of Communication Sciences & Disorders and the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy).
